These really are beautiful examples of Cartier doing what they do best.
Unlike most here I would go for the Platinum time only version as my favourite, now the reason I don't think we see a lot of these watches is that not a lot were made being only a CPCP watch. Also I would imagine those that own one rarely if ever sell them as another reason not many ever make it to the secondary market but they really do appeal to my taste as are just that little bit different to any other tank except maybe the Tank Obus which is another favourite of mine.
