Chopard

Thanks Andrew

The most important factor for me in considering a watch is that it should have an exceptionally finished and aesthetically beautiful movement and this watch certainly has that.

The only dilemma I have is rose gold vs stainless steel. If you know my collection you'd know I have a strong liking for rose gold.  In this instance too, when I see the stainless Purists edition side by side with the Rose gold version, due to the highly contrasting bold white numerals on black dial, it is like I am seeing a photographic negative. I worry that this would be strenuous on my eyes, but suspect that in the real, the watch appears much softer than it does on a bright backlit computer screen. I need to see both for real before I can affirm my preference for the rose gold but at that price point, the Purists edition is very compelling.

Thanks for the wonderful report.
