I’ve tried on the 2022 rose gold/grey dial version and,
believe me, the hole in the dial is simply not a problem at all. There has to be a visible on/off indicator somewhere (it’s a necessity for the wearer/user) and this little hole is a very nice and discreet way to implement it, imo. As for the sound, it’s crystal clear and neither too strong nor too weak: just perfect.

I personally have no problem with the disruption.
Same goes for tourbillons, when it’s not too big. But the truth is, we’re a hard crowd to please! LOL.

And I wonder if some of the things we see as problems are not in fact mere chimeras produced by our sometimes overly photo-centric approach to watches.
