That is a lovely looking Cartier de Pasha.
I originally bought my Cartier de Pasha 2308 18k white gold watch on a white gold deployant with a diamond minute track and cabouchon on the crown guard for my mother but she found it was too big and heavy for her. So I have ended up keeping it for myself like you I was initially not sure about it due to it being only 35mm but was very surprised that after only a couple of days I got used to the size although I don't have a big date at least it is straight at the 4:30 mark . I don't wear it a lot but when I do I really do like the look and feel of it on the wrist. Here are a couple of pictures of mine.

Agree fully on the date placement and execution. The only advantage of the 2020 version is that the date doesn’t play silly tricks like here 😊😉

My first luxury watch was a two-tone Pasha-c
On bracelet. The Pasha C had Eta 2892 movement instead of GP 3000 in the larger Pasha at that time. The one I still want is the Pasha chronograph with FP 1185 caliber. Maybe one day.
No I don't. I traded it plus cash for a Rolex 16710 Coke in early 2000's
when 16710 could be had for less than $2500 at that time. Unfortunately i don't have the rolext either anymore.
Oh, I was referring to Cartier's made for the Pasha story as hopefully not being mere marketing blurb,
