Let’s not forget that this was originally a dive watch - Cartier Pasha 🤿
The Pasha is largely worn by my wife, as the bracelet is sized for her, too. But in spite of the 35mm size it is something I quite appreciate on my wrist, too.
And while the large date is super temperamental (often there’s a month with 34 days, in spite of several visits to the spa) many other elements are surprisingly fit for purpose - the lume is strong and instant and the crown design, while fiddly, works quite well, too.

This design is quite unique.
And the date here is much nicer than at 4:30 in the 2020 redesign, imo. Best, Emmanuel

Agree fully on the date placement and execution. The only advantage of the 2020 version is that the date doesn’t play silly tricks like here 😊😉

I originally bought my Cartier de Pasha 2308 18k white gold watch on a white gold deployant with a diamond minute track and cabouchon on the crown guard for my mother but she found it was too big and heavy for her. So I have ended up keeping it for myself...

My first luxury watch was a two-tone Pasha-c
On bracelet. The Pasha C had Eta 2892 movement instead of GP 3000 in the larger Pasha at that time. The one I still want is the Pasha chronograph with FP 1185 caliber. Maybe one day.
No I don't. I traded it plus cash for a Rolex 16710 Coke in early 2000's
when 16710 could be had for less than $2500 at that time. Unfortunately i don't have the rolext either anymore.
Oh, I was referring to Cartier's made for the Pasha story as hopefully not being mere marketing blurb,
like the apocryphal, "Reverso for the rigors of polo story" that you at some time fact checked and recently debunked for me 😃
