Just being creative with my Cartier Santos, the job was done yesterday and engraver sent me the pics. It’s either love it or hate it. Just having a bit fun

On some watches it would be blasphemy but I think in a lot of ways Cartier was made for this kind of thing! It invites an interesting side thread… What watches would or would not be suitable for customization?

For me, this works and it’s pretty cool. I’ve been thinking of doing something along these lines with a 36mm Oyster Perpetual. There’s a guy (King Nerd) who has done some stuff for Urwerk that I’ve chatted with a little. I still need to be sure about the ...

Yah, engraving is very personal thing (like tattoo, something I always like but I don't even have one on myself for various reasons). Anyway I wouldn't do it on all my other watches, just one is enough. That's correct, it's Taiwan indigenous people, where...
