Okay, Octo Story, sorry to keep you all waiting!!!
So anyways, I get to Bulgari to pick up my "fixed" Ceramic Octo Finissimo.
Maybe it's been a while since I seen people, but man, these two lady SAs were mighty attractive. Maybe you can blame COVID for that.
Trying to be handy, I brought my Bergeon 6767 S Watch Band Pin Remover to insure that the ceramic "balls" on the bracelet were replaced/fixed.
So I am chatting it up with these two attractive SAs, while I am attempting to take of the bracelet to confirm the two ceramic "balls" were there. 
As you can see from above, I take the first spring bar off and confirm the "two" balls are there, I didn't notice that my "eyes" were not entirely focused on my watch.
Okay, I go for the second side of the bracelet, as I am talking 100 miles an hour, and BOOM!!!, the second spring bar goes flying, I see it in the corner of my eye. I am like WTH, and one of the SAs is just looking at me with a craziest look.
I am like shoot, and say "I am sorry, I think I lost the spring bar." OMG, I felt like a fool.
Okay, that is just the start of it. These two ladies physically close the door of the boutique, like, lock it up.
I stand there in shock, but these girls start moving.
Look above, I swear I was staring at this one for like 10 minutes when she was on her knees, I snuck in this picture, feel like a dirty man, oh well.
The other SA is just casing the whole store, up and down, back and forth, up and down, I honestly was in a state of shock, I was frozen. I can't pay to have women put on a show for me like this.
Finally, when one of them starting vacuuming , looking to hopefully "suck" up the spring bar, I come to my senses.
I say, "ladies, I am so sorry, I have had you two searching the whole store for over a half hour, I don't think we'll find the spring bar."
They were extremely nice, one of the SAs said she would overnight me a springbar, and they didn't have one in the back for the Octo Finissimo, so I couldn't get one there.
Anyways, as I am collecting my paper work, I prepare to take the watch and wait to get confirmation for the over night shipping.
One of the SAs says to me, "maybe you should check your pocket." Look below, I can't make this sh#$t up, there it was. I literally almost slapped myself, like literally.
Here I had these two attractive sweet young ladies, bending over, getting on their knees, roaming up and down, back and forth, and I had it in my pocket the whole time!!
I never thought to check!!!
Anyways, the watch is fine, both "balls" on both sides of the bracelet are intact. Please see below.
I would only say that, DON'T make your bracelet too tight, and don't put too much pressure on the bracelet as that will pull on the balls that secure the bracelet into the watch case.

Or you have Alzheimer’s that you forget, lololol..... What a story but instead of the tool, which I have also problem with, I now prefer spring bar pliers. Next time when the ladies see you approaching, I think they will shut the gate and close shop immed...

For the gym, the nature of the bracelet means it is not built for strenuous activity. This watch is super thin and made of ceramic, not the best duo.

Piece that was broken, good thing about ceramic bracelets is you can change every link.
