Not a problem
I have skinny wrists and wear the watch before my wrist bone, the edges are well done they are as sharp as possible without compromising comfort, you can drag your finger over edges and you would not say they are capable of cutting or hurting you.

It's such an uncomfortable watch that I've chosen to buy the steel, after the titanium. I really love to hurt myself, to cut my flesh and feel the pain 😎 I didn't watch till the end, the comparison with an explorer 2 says it all, IMHO 🙄
I have the same issue -if your wrist bone sticks out that lug wud make it really uncomfortable. watches move around the wrist at least 1-2mm when worn and not to forget some wrist swells midday - that top lug on the right just bores right in. It is a..
...beautiful looking watch if that lug setting is a non-issue. Unfortunately you wud have to try it on to discover.

... I freakin' love this watch... until it's on my wrist for 5 minutes. I love everything about it, the look, the blue'd hands, the titanium case, the micro-rotor... until I am wearing it and it starts to dig into my wrist. Then... not so much. - Scott

Zero problems with satin steel blue
One of my most comfortable watches, I almost forget it's there when compared to my Royal Oak bracelet. Perhaps some of these fellas need to add a link or two.
I noticed that when I tried it on.
It didn't seem like it would be a problem on my wrist... but yeah, the lugs do have really sharp edges.

Both the lugs and the crown cause discomfort for me. Doesn't matter how the bracelet is adjusted, it just changes which part of the wrist is effected. If the bracelet had a half-link or other facility for micro adjustment, I think the problem could be som...
Try a strap
One thing I forgot to mention: swapping the bracelet for a strap may also help. The Bulgari Octo straps are quite rigid and this means that the watch case can "float" above the wrist, lessening the pressure of the lugs against the skin.

It depends on your wristbone. I'm in the minority here, but I agree, the watch does have sharp corners and the sharp corner rubs against my wristbone.
My wristbone is quite large and prominently sticks out of my wrist. Thus, the watch does rub against my wristbone and does so uncomfortably.
Yes. The Ulnard Styloid Process. The 1-2 o'clock position of the watch case seems to rub against the USP, pinching the skin with the sharp corners of the watch.
Are you a doctor? If not, you know anatomy unusually well! And is it the Ulnard Styloid Process or is it the Ulnard Dome that is the wristbone? I never really remembered. Fortunately I'm not a medical doctor. I only have a doctorate in spending money!
Wearing your watch against the bone?
Do you wear your watch further up the arm so that the sides (or 1 o clock) of the case press against the bone? My watch rests on the protruding wrist bone, so the bracelet links flow gently around it.
It depends. Some days, it rests against my bone, side to side. On colder days when my wrist shrinks, the watch can go over my wrist bone at times.
In both cases, I don't find the watch comfortable.
