Hey, long time no chat!
I've always liked the Octo Finissimo and this titanium piece has whetted my appetite!
In the past, however, the rather meh movement finishing has consistently turned me off.
According to your descriptions, this has not changed in the new titanium version.
And while I kind of disagree with your assessment that you can only do so much with an ultra-thin, I do agree that for the price point, it's to be expected.
Maybe I'll go seek out my pusher on it. (heh heh heh)

Thanks to everyone who weighed in on my earlier post. To keep a short story short, my dealer found the Octo Finissimo automatic on bracelet for me quickly (it seems usually it's a 4-month wait) - and less than 72 hours after first trying on a Finissimo on...
It looks really nice, I still haven't seen this watch in the flesh
but I think it is rather large for my 17cm wrist. Gongrats, it loks superb on you. Enjoy this beauty. GEO
Hi Geo, I have to admit that you may be right, I tried the strap version last summer and it was wearing too big on my wrist...
... which I found strange since I can handle the ne SD (43mm) with no problem at all But maybe the the overall package, how thin it is, the strap rather than the bracelet (which I would have preferred to try), didn’t click with my rather small wrist... wo...

It's worth trying on again, in bracelet if you can find it. I've been surprised today, wearing it to work, at how I completely forgot it was there - the thinness and lightness really are incredible. At the end of the first day it doesn't even feel new any...

It is unique
I've not seen anything else with titanium looking quite like this. A bit of a surprise and quite a pleasant one too. It works to mitigate the quite intense lines of the shape - makes it much more wearable as a whole! Best E.

It was so thin yet so complex
The case was not simple - it was quite complex. Yet impossibly thin! And combined with a movement that is so thin that I thought: "how in the world did they do that!"
