The 3880 has always been on my radar for many years . Somehow I never pulled the trigger for one reason or another. Chanced upon the first edition in decent conditions recently and decided to act quickly. The gold cap crown, unidirectional bezel movement,...  

A very nice specimen, and in excellent condition. The Type XX from the 50s is a constant temptation for me.

I missed too many watches recently by waiting too long If you know what you like and have the funds ready, just do it!
