The brand is very much underrated, I think. I have to wonder whether the association with Swatch hurts the reputation. (Though A. Lange & Sohne being attached to Richemont doesn't seem to phase the buying public.) Whatever the reason, it makes Breguet products great buys on the secondary market, so long as you're not looking at the watch as an investment property.

Like Cartier, there will be a time when the aesthetic writ large will align with Breguet’s. My guess is that the Breguet hands give the watch an out of date feel for the typical new luxury watch buyer. And things get tougher as the market is flooded with ...
