I always thought the 5817 was a very unique and underrated watch
It kept a lot of the Breguet DNA but put the elements together in a modern way.
This on the other hand.
Late 90s numerals. Lugs that look like they attach to something but don't. Lines, lines and more lines on the rubber
When there is such a rich design history from the brand , why do we get this?

I think I'll have to give this one some time to resonate with me... Oddly Breguet and non-Breguet at the same time...like someone stole some of Breguet's design cues, skewed them, and made a watch. Cheers, John
I wouldn't have recognised this timepiece as a Breguet without the brand written on the dial. I don't know what to think about it. I'm lost! 😳
Exactly the same dial/functions layout (just the central second vs sub one is different) than my Réveil du Tsar but totally different style. Best wishes Alkiro

Better, for sure.
Not such a fan of the integrated strap and lugs, and I feel that the lugs should be a bit wider give the perceived diameter of the case.

We are not used to look at numerals like those, BUT i assume the night vision should be awesome. Actually they are neither too big nor bold, it's just a new way to show roman numerals on a dial. I'm waiting for technical details, hoping is not too big and...

Man, it is terrible!
Too many things to dislike: the messy dial, fonts, marks & hands in subdials, main hands, main index, crowns, crown guard at 3:30, pusher, lugs... Oh, and that bell somewhere in the middle .... Probably the ugliest watch I have seen in 2018.
I try to stay in the "If you don't have anything nice to say camp"
But I really can't think of any indices I have seen in my life that I prefer less. Sorry, Breguet!

It has the look of another brand to me... not saying it looks like a specific other brand... but not like a Breguet. Maybe that's what Breguet 'needs' commercially right now?
