This is a fine automobile. Looking at the location of the rust I would say it was done on purpose. If your car is not exactly concours condition and has some scratches it pays to sand it down a bit more for that barn find look. It is the ultimate conversa... 

But i also like one in perfect condition, it just depends on how you want to use it. Bim
