Really hard to say...

Keep in mind, when the designers build these things; the design of certain BMWs have aged well though.

My favorite, the E39 5-series has aged fairly well.  I still like it when I see it on the road.  In fact, I wouldn't mind owning a 2002-2003 530i in perfect condition.

Some would argue that the Chris Bangle cars (which were overly modern and looked like spaceships when they first came out) have actually started to age quite well, staying fairly relevant.

So it's hard to say.

I can imagine the 130i was a lot of fun!  I've had the pleasure of driving a 128i with manual transmission and a 128i automatic transmission both coupes and found them both to be very enjoyable cars.  I also enjoyed the 328i coupe I drove immensely.

I will say though, I think the M4 is a better car than the E92 M3, but I still think I would like the E92 M3 more for the sound it makes and the steering.  What do you think about the E92 M3?  Do you think that one would age well?
