Did you ever take/share any pics of the interior?? When I think Cadillac, there’s a certain level of luxury and comfort I expect. So I’m curious what they do for this type of model with its clear character of sporty luxury.

The cabin is quite nice. Most of all, the seats, steering wheel, and driver display. The 2025 model has adopted the 33" wide screen. While it shows more information, I am really not a fan. I'll take the "dated" recessed gauges and conventional design. The...

It is a supercharged V8, producing 668 HP and 659 FT-LBs. The torque is intoxicating. Best of all, it is controlled with a 6 speed manual transmission. ...  

I remember driving the 476 hp (I guess it had over 500) 2004 AMG E55 of my friend. That already felt way too much, at least on our roads. But another 150 hp and loads of torque extra must be insane ... but fun anyway . Enjoy it and stay safe ! Filip

I think the main point with a car like this is the ability to restrain yourself .. on public roads. In the end it all depends on the 'chauffeur' ... I already get in trouble driving my 85 hp Peugeot 205, the 200+ hp Clio is 27times too fast for our Flemis... 

The instructors are experts. It's amazing how they lead you around the track and watch you in their rear view. They tell you to drive as fast as you can, and if you catch them, you will he the first one to do so!

I think there were many lawsuit threats and supposedly they are not sharing the data anymore. There is a setting in the car to disable, which of course defaults to on after any over the air update. Ridiculous!

Someone should be held accountable, but it isn’t going to happen.

Is that a manual transmission? I know Car & Driver magazine loves these new Cadillacs. Good to see the once-revered Cadillac marque delivering the goods again.

Were other cars in contention before you opted for the Cadillac?

It's a fortified Tremec 6060 transmission, and w the LT4, it is an absolutely perfect power train. I owned a BMW M4 before the Cadillac. I daily drive an HD truck, so the car is strictly for driving enjoyment. The BMW was a fail in this regard, especially... 

The car was super fast, much more than the Blackwing. But overly sterile and clinical. As if it were created in a lab. At least for me, it was rather emotionless to drive.

Maybe you might wanna go back to m4 gts or m2 cs ? . I think yours still wins in look catagory though

I understood very well that BMW fans or BMW "PuristS" did not care for the current design language. Buck teeth, beaver face, I read a lot of that before I bought it. But the aesthetics, inside and out, were very pleasing to me. I might have grown into the... 

I love the beaver teeth/kidney. IMHO it is more authentic to the original on my 2002 tii and missed 3.0 CS.

Namely the engine sound enhancement. It is unfortunately a feature in almost all cars nowadays 🤷🏻‍♂️

I never got it it as I knew the car was not for me. But had i kept it, I would have done some of the coding "mods".

As we say here, it is on the wrist that counts most. I have loved some watches in photos, but they don't excite me the same while wearing. This supercharged Blackwing is just so pleasing to drive. Fun to the highest degree!

And great that it exists, still. After Audi pulls its RS6 / RS7 it will most likely remain the last of the breed. The reviews it got even in the British motoring press are excellent (and that’s a truly rare thing). Just out of curiosity, given the torque ... 

I had to be in my church early on Sunday for a work shift. It was dry and so I took the car. It was about 38° when I left my house. I broke traction loose in 4th gear. As I have mentioned, the torque is absolutely prodigious!

It is a welcomed technology for someone like me. I did not grow up driving race cars or on a track. I probably had little business buying such a powerful machine, but the layered traction systems really allow the driver to grow into the car. You can peel ... 

What’s under the hood?

An automatic is available but no driving enthusiast chooses that. I posted a photo of the motor above. Next spring or summer, I'll add a full review of the car. It's really something special. What else could a hot blooded Italian ask for...

The manual transmission so well done. Cadillac really put the focus on the driving experience and sensations. That is where this car is truly a standout machine. ...
