Germany is next to my door.
I know people there, and i lived 1 week in Germany.
You know, Germany is a car country.
Germans are in love with their petrol and diesel cars.
Electric cars is a sensitive subject for them i think.
Would they give up their Audi A6 4.0 TDI Quatro? No.
Only some Germans from the green party drive electric.
Germans are also one of the best car drivers in the world.
Myself, i consider an electric car.
I’m honest, i do not like the short range. I want a range of 400km.
A Hyundai Ioniq EV 40ah have a range of 270km at good weather condition. Bad weather 167km.
My diesel do a range of 960km. Maintenance friendly, strong as granite.
I must do set another thinking way when go electric.
I fear to lost on a road with an empty battery pack, no charger in the area.
So 400km in bad and cold weather is the minimum i ask for a battery pack in an EV.
Next, i like performance, so 0 to 60 mp/h i want in 5 seconds. Top speed over 200 km/h (145 mp/h).
So i think a Tesla model S pd100 is what i must look at.
