Afaik, both colours officially exist
I am not expert but here is a thread from a forum: "(Fly and Modena) are not the same colours. Giallo Fly is a deeper, richer Yellow than Giallo Modena, although everyone has to admit that its very hard to tell if cars in both colours do not stand close enough to identify the colour."
My experience is that Modena is an "older" paint name and that Fly was struck in the 60s as something quite catchy and was initiated with the 275 GTB. The shade specifics are beyond me

...saw a new Bentley convertible in Palm Beach a week or so ago that was a very bold shade of yellow. It was very appropriate in its surroundings.
In Toyota technical terms it's a TE-27 Corolla. In '71 they came out with this 1200cc fastback coupe. In 72 there was a 1600cc "hemi" option which is what I bought. RWD,
tossable, light (under 2000 lbs) and fun. Thought I wanted a red one but ended up buying this mustard yellow... and loved it. Nice styling which I improved by blacking out the lower section and window frames. My 1st "new" car purchase.

These are all from my personal ownership (or else I repaired them) ... and I suppose alphabetical order is as good as any, so let's start with CITROEN The Yellow van originally built in Argentina, later moved to the states and restored by a guy in Chicago...
