You’d be better to speak with APSC in Clearwater, Florida.
Reason with them, if needs be, that it would be cheaper to send you a couple of screws in the mail, than to courier your watch down to them, as well as being unable to use it for the duration they’d have it.
I know that one member on TRF, with a similar problem, had his clasp swapped over to the current screwless version.
It may prove useful for you to reference, if they insist on replacing the screw themselves.
