I'm not sure I understand why you add "with due apologies" or "sorry".... your words are not at all offensive. I do not own AP, nor have I blindly defended them. My personal experiences have been exemplary. Obviously yours and others have not, and that is not right. I sincerely wish and expect the problems to be handled by the brand. Business 101, right? If you do not stand behind your products and take great care of your customers, you are not doing it correctly.
Since you mention the early days of this website, it is worth noting that we have certainly changed here over the years. We never used to have the kinds of braggarts and blowhards we have now. I do not relate to these kinds of posters. I was here 15 years ago, and it was never like that.
But the good news is the Community remains much more important than any brand. This is a fact. And some of the people on this website are simply among the best and most thorough experts in the world (for the record, I certainly to not consider myself anywhere near this level, I am referring to some of my fellow Moderators and other general members). I remain very proud to be here.
