I think I should clarify. I don't mean to suggest that every single bolt is off on every single watch. I'm trying to say that every AP or the vast majority of them has at least one bolt off if not more-whether the hex line is not centered, crooked or even parallel from one end of the line to another. Yes some are very slight but are still there while others are let's just say are really out of a normal tolerance level. I just want to make it crystal clear no obfuscation that I'm not bashing the brand and like AP. In fact all my posts on the AP forum are complimentary. Anyone could go and check. The question I had and it's only a question is why AP would do this or let it go when the simple solution is to make the slot line in the middle?
Question-Why are most if not all AP hexbolts all off?
When I look at AP front hex bolts the middle line that bisects the head are all off and not equidistant. Some are in the middle some are off a little and one or two are way off. Is there a reason why AP does this? Can they not use all the same hexbolts?
The fake pictures fix this but in actuality it's crystal clear

Disproven. Actually your picture totally verifies what I am saying. Multiple Hex B are off on that 26400. Great watch but hexes are off. Two things can be true at once.

Are you referring to the hex slot? They follow a clockwise pattern. I quite like that. But no likey, no buyey, simples.
Yes the hex slots
When the slot bisects the hex you can see that they are not all in the middle and the two halves of the hex are unequal not to mention some of the slots are thinner/thicker than others. Has nothing to do with like or dislike but misalignment on the bolts....

It's such a shame that a simple question can't be asked...
Without the asker being attacked. If someone loves a brand, or watch, that's fine. But to go after someone when they ask a genuine question says so much about the aggressor, and feeds a stereo type. It's too bad. Some of AP'S other watches are okay.
