This is the comparison I want to make but I find it difficult to get both those pieces together simultaneously.
Tried on the 1815 Chrono yesterday (along with the Lange 1 and Dato). I found the 1815 Chrono most to my liking with a suit/dress shirt. However my shirt cuff had trouble consistently sliding over the 1815 case. I needed to repeatedly manually arrange my shirt cuff with my other hand or jiggle/shake my wrist so that the shirt cuff would clear the straight-sided 1815 case. My dress shirt cuff wasn't tight, it was the appropriate size opening. Could you tell me if the Patek 5170 has problems consistently clearing a dress shirt cuff?

ALS vs PP
1815 is my choice as well. Although the oscillation is 2.5 Hz, it has fly back

Rose, white dial and blue hands. So understated and professional looking with dark business suit, but can dress it down too.
I think there may be two reasons for your issue: 1) the new alligator strap is stiff and doesn’t mold to your wrist
2) the watch strap is to long and you wear it loosely.

there is one internet shirt maker I have used that gives you the option of a larger cuff size on the left.
