I have a tailor move your left cuff button half an inch wider. I do that with my shirts. Some shirts can actually be ordered that way.

Rose, white dial and blue hands. So understated and professional looking with dark business suit, but can dress it down too.
I think there may be two reasons for your issue: 1) the new alligator strap is stiff and doesn’t mold to your wrist
2) the watch strap is to long and you wear it loosely.
