I think it would be better with the power reserve indicator on the back. I'm also of the opinion that it's a little on the large side as well. I personally like large watches but I find that the RL, while smaller than some of my other watches, wears quite...

Actually, it's reported to take just 31 turns of the key to wind it completely. I've got watches with much shorter power reserves that can take 100 turns or more to wind fully, so I think the technical achievement behind the Lange 31 is remarkable.

I enjoy winding a watch every day or every few days but can't imagine how much winding would be necessary to fully power this watch. I suspect it would be tiring and perhaps result in tendonitis.
