Unique piece from Lange.

 By: lm6 : September 15th, 2021-13:25
A unique piece from Lange to be presented to the winner of the Concorsa d'eleganza. This 1815 Chrono is an absolute stunner! At least to my eyes. One can only hope that they will include something like this in the permanent collection! Picture from Monoch...

Beautiful creation !

Wow! Winner’s choice.

+1 on of the top 3

I'm jealous!

 By: Rhyzen : September 15th, 2021-14:18
The winner takes it all, lucky devil!

Is that the normal gap...

 By: mdg : September 15th, 2021-14:20
...between the case and strap? It looks odd on this one. Wish it was platinum instead of white gold. But the best part is the hinged back cover...nice!

Didn"t know Lange was only for the uber rich, sorry.

Why didn't they Tell me in the Lange boutique. 😲😜

limited means still obtainable

 By: Gelato Monster : September 15th, 2021-15:02
Concours winner is more difficult than limited. 🥶

Either very wealthy or very connected...

 By: mdg : September 15th, 2021-15:12
...it's been going that way for a few years now. I can walk into a Patek AD today with $100k in my hand and ask to buy xyz watch. They will tell me to get lost. Same with Ferrari and other luxury brands. I'm not the 'right kind' of person.

Without judging whether you are the “right kind” or not, what you say is generally correct, but I don’t think is the concern here…

 By: FabR : September 15th, 2021-15:59
No matter how amazing anybody’s Lange collection, they are simply not given a chance to apply for this “limited edition” (of 1!) because it will be assigned to the winner of a car show — regardless of their prior relationship with the brand. Totally legit...

This is the most beautiful 1815 Chronograph I’ve ever seen! An absolute stunner!

Is it too late to enter the Concorso d’Eleganza? I would also need a car to enter, and a way to get it to Italy…

Beautiful - still possible to order custom casebacks?

 By: Jp75 : September 15th, 2021-16:03
The timepiece is really beautiful. Also the choice to leverage a 1815 chrono since it usually sits very nicely on the wrists. I have a question relating to engraving: if my memory serves me right, it was possible earlier to order from ALS customs caseback...

Calling for a salmon chrono specialist?

 By: Jp75 : September 15th, 2021-18:05
What color do you think work best with salmon: Plain color across dial (i.e., no panda)? Or do you have any other color combo in mind? 🙄 I think it calls for a salmon chrono specialist; Ahhh, but if I recall correctly, you might have a special chrono w sa...

Still have the Breguet.

 By: amanico : September 15th, 2021-18:57

Definitely a keeper imho 😉👌🏻

Hehehe! Still with me.

A plain salmon dial is gorgeous but sometimes a contrast color can be just as playful and beautiful at the same time imho

 By: Watchonthewrists : September 15th, 2021-20:08
Would love to try a Salmon dial with green subdails at some point with a nice matching green strap . A bit funky but cool at the same time i think

I think it will work if you just take the right color tones .

Would love to try it one day . Something like this but then with a salmon color instead of gold ...

Pic from IG ...

Very nice watch.

I share your view

 By: Mr.Gatsby : September 16th, 2021-12:08
I think maybe a tone on tone sort of combo would be nicer…like a darker salmon pink (I.e. more “raw”) on the sub registers could be interesting. Somewhat like cooked salmon versus salmon sashimi. Best Gatsby

Always agree with you… sundials a bit too harsh

 By: moc : September 17th, 2021-07:47
Brown and salmon is too much… Perhaps argenté , or light cream or darker salmon tone… Nice watch though. Mo

Yes, something more subtle...

I need to register my project for that event 😆

 By: Watchonthewrists : September 15th, 2021-19:56
Would love to win this gorgeous ALS . Definitely one of the best looking Lange i have seen till today 😍

What a beauty!

 By: foversta : September 15th, 2021-21:36

Very elegant indeed.

Cmon ALS

 By: ReturingSon : September 18th, 2021-15:47
Make this a standard production piece. It seems clear to me that ALS collectors are hungry for color given Lange's (over)use of white or black dials especially with the response this piece got. Im glad we are seeing the occasional blue dial here (looking ...
