... it is something that should not happen but... sometimes happens! We trust in high end brands but they can fail too.
Things are complicated in my Country as most big brands do not have an offcial Boutique and Service. A complex watch like Lange has to be sent to Germany as it is under guarantee, or serviced by individual watchmakers which are experts and experienced in their field but almost no experience in brands like Lange much less access to spare parts. (Fortunately my beloved brand Rolex is a big exception: they keep a superb Service Department since the 1950´s with the last updated equipment and trained personel and a big net of official AD´s)
I have been busy here with much serious concerns which do not let me to devote my time to my watches for the moment but as soon as I can I will negotiate the change of this watch for another timepiece, be it Lange or any other brand. They are in knowledge of the problems with the functioning of my watch since I detected them during the first days after purchase.
