Just called the Porsche dealer today, the receptionist answering the phone was incompetent and the Finance person couldn't even quote warranty prices in a competent manner.

It's likely a culture problem. In America, some people in certain jobs that they view as temporary really don't take pride of ownership.

I expect my watch salesperson to know a fair amount about the watch. Go to some of the "best" dealers in America and I doubt half the sales staff know what anglage and perlage is.
