....about knowing a watch has lived several lives before it reached you. In terms of aesthetics, too, the vintage look has something which seperates it from 99% of other watches that one sees every day.

There is just something about these older Rolex watches with thinner brushed bracelets. Someone recently wrote (on a watch blog) an ode to rattly old bracelets. In the past I would have smirked about it. But now I understand it. 😬 The watches are lighter ...
