I have a Adolf Lange Sohne as well. This watch was captured by the Russian Army before it could make it to the Atlantic Ocean. It has been researched by the Glashutte museum. This watch has a rare dial the was meant for use on board a Keigsmarine U-boot. ...  

Do you have any further information about its allocation to the Keigsmarine ?

Had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction with the Napoli hat a while back (someone sat on it!). I managed to steam and reshape it but at the expense of quite a bit of the shellac on the crown which the hatter at Lock took care of. They discontinued these parti...
