WotW verdict first.

Feb 17, 2019,07:38 AM

Alright, as I have always taken this category to be a personal preference for the watch itself and not so much as a photography quality (as I define the other 2 categories), my judgement truly reflects my own, unabatedly biased choosing. The main criteria: Which one would I most like to own and wear?

So, without further ado, here is this week's verdict for Watch of the Week:

First, a honorable mention for Abel and his Le Coultre Deep Sea US. I love that watch (and a lucky story, too):

The other honorable mention goes to crown comfort with his GP WW.TC to John Harrison. A beautiful watch I was lucky to try on and am really impressed with that dial. And cc, you got real lucky, so many elements fell into place when they had to.

Winner: Baron - Mr. Red.
Again. I wanted to have another winner, but I REALLY, REALLY needed it to be this watch. As you lay eyes on this 5650, and that T2 dial, it was love at first sight for me. And that is by far the watch I would wear the most. Great photo, Joe.
Congratulations on winning, again.

Just to say, there were so many amazing watches this week, unusual ones, that I would love to have. The Credor, the Czapek or the white Nautilus. But it REALLY needed to be this.

Have a good week ahead, all.
Congrats to all the winners.
