. . . 'persuaded' the door man into letting them in, and proceeded to intimidate everyone in the joint, ruining the atmosphere.
The Rainbow's owner, Mario Maglieri . . .
. . . asked his regular customer Chuck Zito . . .
. . . to handle the situation. Chuck goes to their table and asks them to leave. One of the Angels says, "Do you know who we are?"
Chuck says, "Yeah. Do you know who I am?"
The Angels look at each other, then quietly leave.
A few months later, a dozen Angels show up at The Rainbow.
"Would Chuck Zito be here?"
"Let me check," says the doorman. He goes back inside to apprise Chuck of the situation.
When Chuck shows up at the front door, the leader of the pack says, "We respected the way you handled yourself and apologize for our behavior last time. Can we come in tonight?"
Chuck looks at Mario, who nods approvingly.
The Angels then removed their jackets and leggings before entering. All were wearing three-piece suits and ties.
