I never knew a duck's bill can actually taste so good, and even better with beer. Served up in a local restaurant in Hong Kong. I not only tried it, I ate quite a few of it too. And of course....I had my GMT with me but was too busy digging into the food ...

For watches and for chocolate. I always wonder how the Belgians can make outstanding Chocolate, considering that the Cocoa nuts are made elsewhere (on the North of the country here, as an example). We have Belgian chocolate shops, on upscale shopping mall... 

... but if you google Callebaut you will get the point. It's located some 15 miles from where i live and is to believed the biggest chocolate producer worldwide .. :-) ... I think there is a very long chocolate-history here in Belgium ... . Bim

I just googled a bit ... in 1907 there were 3387 breweries in Belgium (7,000,000 inhabitants) .. in 2001 we had a 100 .. in 2009 there were 150 ... of which over 120 in Flanders ... so in a radius of 25 miles from where i live there are at least 20 brewer... 

. . . so we'll need a cab. :-) ...
