Stan is actually...
...Stan & Vince. I don't have a picture of the other side of his head, but on the opposite side he is making a mean face (his "Vince" face). He is part of a series of figurines from the Rolito French Kiss Series made by Toy2R. Toy2R makes a lot of vinyl collectible dolls. Stan is cool because you can take his head apart and see his brain. 
If you google "Rolito French Kiss Series" you should be able to learn more about the dolls. I got Stan as a gift, and enjoy having him in my office while I work.

Thanks for the comments G99. The bronze alloy used on the latest batch (CuSn8) is I think the same as that used on the Pam 382. It looks a lot like rose gold when new but settles down quite nicely with a bit of advanced aging. It's absolutely massive thou...
