even all of the Panerai's showing respect for the big size (46mm diameter) of the Breitling Navitimer 1806! It is such a huge and powerfull watch and the first automatic chronograph ever. They were introduced by Breitling in 1969! This one was ordered by ...

I was on to buy one, a few months ago... Then, another thing came, and I passed on it. I love this big sized Navitimer. Big, certainly, but still cool on the wrist. Yes, you have an impressive collection, Claude! HAGWE. Nicolas

and second because it was the first automatic chrono. I own mine for nearly 20 years and I never had the smallest problem with it. It is running so strong, it's like a miracle! best regards my friend!

but they went along with everything else 2 years ago. for some reason the 1806 doesnt feel as big as it really is, perhaps its because the case is round(ish). mine was a standard civilian issue but i did have 2 quartz military navitimers, 1 Iraqi and 1 Al...
