Hi Andrew,

I think it is a good idea to leave accustomed things away for a while from time to time. Just to measure the level of personal addiction.
For myself I like good wine and good beer. But from time to time I decide not to consume any alcohol for some weeks. Just to see if I am missing it. (Fortunately I never did.)

"No watch week" would certainly result in interesting reports. Why not start it?
