My GO story

I have been interested in watches about thirty years. When I became interested in them there were no internet, no watch magazines or not even many friends who would have shared this same passion. There are lots of great brands with nice models that I like but it must accept that they all cannot be bought. That's why I usually try to collect information about the watch and think about purchasing carefully before buying. I became interested in Glashütte Original some years ago when they started selling them in Finland. Earlier I had seen them in display windows while traveling abroad. I do the same as you do when traveling somewhere, go to see all display windows of watch shops and probably go into them. I had also seen lots of great pics of GO posted by Jocke and Tony while writing on Tony's swedish watch forum that he runs. GO is also a bit different brand and not so common than the other brands I have. I have also visited at their factory. It was pleasant experience to see and hear about the manufactoring by their friendly personnel.

I have three GO watches. Panomatic Lunar, this Panorama Date Seventies and Sport Evolution. Here are some pics of my Panorama Date Seventies that has just got a new steel bracelet. Earlier I had it on the leather strap that had nothing wrong either, but I wanted to make the watch a bit sportier with the steel bracelet. The watch is comfortable on wrist and in addition the clasp has a quick adjustment in one millimeter increments to adjust. Sometimes the size of wrist namely varies due to weather, temperature, humidity and nutrition you have eaten.
