. . . when I was a rookie mod, Damjan. He was the only moderator (other than Thomas) that I knew in the early days, because the G O forum was the only one I ever read!
I do remember receiving correspondence from him about the finer points of online watch journalism and the inner workings of Glashütte Original. The moderating I perform today is due in no small part to the efforts Marcus made way back when.
Truly sorry to say we've never met, and of having only one telephone conversation with him, many years ago.
Maybe next year; if not in Basel, then somewhere in his neck of the woods.
