....the 1019 was one that came to me with a struggle. For 2 or 3 years, I had plenty of opportunities to take one but I always found a reason to delay. In teh end, it just happened...but after 5 years.....
And now, I am about finished with a rationalisation of my collection and the 1019 is an absolute must for me. In Rolex World, I think the 1019 does something that few if any other Rolex do.....70s in feel, but such a pleasure to wear on the wrist.
