. . . perpetual calendar, which has seen one full service (and one partial, for regulation only) under warranty, and now two full services out of warranty. The previous service was in 2007, but unfortunately it was used sparingly afterwards, so this latest service was unexpected. The other Karree perpetual has never seen the light of a watchmakers bench, and was due for routine service after six years.

as much as i love my vintage SM300's i also like my refurbed one. no need to worry about it as it has been pressure tested. only to 30m, but thats plenty. i do like your dark and moody pics and must look into replicating them for myself. best Graham
