Hope you all had a great week, I know I did…

HAGWE
Blomman
Not having had as good a week as Blomann obviously has, the end of the week (and the end of the month) can't come soon enough. Trying to lift the mood a bit, wearing this today -
May everyone else, though, have a good Friday and a good weekend: particularly, a 'callout' to David (if you're lurking, David), who seems to be having a terrific week and who has inspired today's choice. ;-)
Cheers,
pplater.
Here's hoping that you'll have a great June!
Best wishes, Nikolaj
... here's hoping that we all have a much better month than last, and an even better one next month!
Cheers,
pplater.

.. (in all things), Oliver, that is quite a compliment to Mr V. Will you one day add his watch to your other quality pieces?
Cheers,
pplater.

For 3 weeks, now!
I can understand.
HAGWE to you.
Nicolas
It is one of those watches that seems to get more than its fair share of wrist time. It would be on the short list in reply to one of those "If you could keep only one [or two; or three] watches in your watchbox... etc?" type posts. How soon you forget, though, last weeks' Amvox post - 'made especially for you'
Enjoy your lovely city this weekend, il mio consigliere ;-)
Cheers,
pplater.
First, the last week Amvox Composition was brilliant.
If I forgot it, this is because I HAD to forget it, as such a package is a big temptation, and you know me, I can't resist to Temptation...
2d, about your Kari, yes, I can understand how this one is on your short " watches to keep " list.
It has all, and most of all, The Essential, a soul.
Best, mon Cher Confrere.
Nicolas
A beauty like that should lift your mood!

Awesome patina, and watch!
HAGWE, my friend.
Nicolas
... but I certainly enjoy this 5513.
Thanks
Andrew
Yep, The 5513 is a timeless classic, and especially this one, for some reasons...
From a friend to another friend.
Best,
Nicolas
...must be a pleasure!
A beautiful ageing on the tritium

even the icing matches the lume on that beauty.
BTW, an sm300 is not 300m WR. it was only ever 200m rated. there is a reason its called a 300 and its to do with the position in the range. just remember that when you want to dive past 200m
one of the advantages to owning a watchco is that it will keep water out when a vintage wont.
