I thought I would match some of my bottles of bourbon with my watches. The overhyped, but still excellent. The store picks. The classics. The independents. Not for everyone, but I love them. Always an excellent choice. The under appreciated. And the grail...  

That four roses and the weller antique are ones I like to drink often

Elijah Craig is also great, but can't reach Blonton's barrel proof or Stagg Jr, which are the same stuff to me, just with a different name! 🧐 Those two are delicious cherry bombs!

Very hard to find these days. The Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is a bit easier to get, and is really quite tasty. Better than the regular Elijah Craig, and consistently good.

But to be fair: Stsgg and Blanton's barrel proof are worth the extra money. Luckily I bought four Stagg and two of the B. at the time. 🥃🥃

and matched by your watches, especially the superb Lange. Can you tell us anything more about your passion for collecting Bourbon ?

Welcome to the Crown & Hands Mo ! The RAW Ornament looks very good, I particularly like the salmon grain dial. Very cool. Would your recommend this watch to anyone considering it ?

Can you tell us anything more ?

It was a lovely evening of wine and food marriage. Food was mainly “montaditos” (tiny slices of bread with a variety of food onto them) and wines were simply the stars of the evening. RUDELES is a tiny family winery located in the Ribera del Duero area in... 

Very interesting and I agree with you about finding small producers of wine that are passionate about the product. Northern Spain produces some excellent wine.

A double Stagg Jr. to start with ... ... and then to the horses! I think, next Saturday, I will have a bourbon night ... 🤔 ...
