Explorer 6610, gilt Really like that Rollie Classic Another classic: JLC Triple Date, Ref 2643/A These TDs were one of JLCs best designs.. Hope you like the autumn greetings a bit ! Cheers & HAGWE to all, hs ...

No real serial winner.. just some honorable mentions & now the honors of WotW..

By: hs111 : October 21st, 2016-03:17
.. & torture- maybe a bit, but nothing against the sweet pain you are inflicting on me, with the splendid variety of your fine GPs ! Thx for kind looking, though & Best, hs

Very nice watch!

By: blomman Mr Blue : October 20th, 2016-13:23
But look out so that the bird doesn't make a number 2 on your watch! HAGWE Blomman

Few pictures ...

By: nilomis : October 20th, 2016-12:00
Blomman, Here they are ... 1) Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow 2) Aqua Terra PyeongChang winter games 2018 3) Omega Seamaster Rio 2016 A wonderful weekend to all, Nilo ...

I love the Aqua Terra

By: NT931 : October 20th, 2016-18:20
a simple and underrated watch, and remarkably versatile. And the most accurate one in my collection - I timed it once for a month, and it only lost 3 seconds, amazing!

A use this small winter garden since I started taking pictures of watches ...

By: nilomis : October 22nd, 2016-14:14
Here's: Sometimes, I use those stones dry, sometimes wet. Don't eat those pebbles. I bet that they are very hard! Cheers, Nilo ...

My mini-theme : Watches and Wood

By: NT931 : October 20th, 2016-18:14
Three very different watches, worn for diifferent occasions, but I love them all! If these 3 were moods or feelings, I'd say the first was "distressed" (strap), the second "gilty" (dial), and the third "kind of blue" (hands). ...

Unsure if it's a vintage Tissot, at least . . .

By: Dr No : October 21st, 2016-11:17
. . . not in the sense we usually define the term. Looks more like a relatively recent reissue to my eyes. Perhaps N can fill us in. Best, Art

Yes, it's a reissue! Art & Nico are correct.

By: NT931 : October 21st, 2016-21:44
It would be very lucky indeed to find a gilt dial from the 50's in that condition, I'm not that fortunate! This reissue was called the " Janeiro " from the mid-90's, and it's a pretty obscure reference which I happened to pick up off eBay quite inexpensiv...

Watches on wood!

By: S.D.Quella : October 21st, 2016-04:16
That is a great theme! (Perhaps a major theme later on?) But today: HAGWE! Sam ...

Very nice shot of the Leman Reveil

By: nitediver : October 22nd, 2016-12:28
That glossy black dial is a visual treat . Not to speak of the movement side. Stefan

super cool!

By: chuck19 : October 22nd, 2016-03:20
I like the first one with the distressed strap very much ! the other two are pretty cool too! cheers !

Tks bro!

By: NT931 : October 22nd, 2016-05:15
In fact, the 1st strap is thanks to your help in recommending Gunny straps - it''s from Peter! Very soft and I like it v much too, he does great straps.

Checking in with a celebratory shot from tonight.

Hi All Quick shot of my Vulcain Cricket taken on the commute to work earlier this week. Also been using it as my alarm for the week - as phone playing up. Boy is it loud - no gentle start full on alarm that almost makes you jump! Cheers JML ...

Definitely- one of the iconic alarm watches

By: jml_watches : October 21st, 2016-12:31

By: NT931 : October 21st, 2016-03:07
The Zeitwek would leave me hyperventilating, but ah, that Cartier jumping hours pocket watch is exquisite! So evocative of a earlier era, absolutely stunning. I particularly like the typography on the Cartier, so elegant and refined.

Ah, the Cartier, pretty much agree!

By: Seeks : October 21st, 2016-09:58
.. I wish I could use it as a daily beater somehow many thanks for kind words , -- Seeks

Wow! Vintage connies with arrowhead markers, crosshairs, and no date...

By: NT931 : October 21st, 2016-22:14
... My favorite combination! Beautiful pair there, Art. I love crosshairs, it\'s a pity few modern watches use them anymore. They have so much charm.

None of them is mine, but...
