Cartier's Tortue case is shaped, of course . . .
. . . but the movements fitted, including the ref 2396 mono-pusher chrono, are round to the best of my knowledge.
There are a number of shaped case manual winding chronographs, but other than the Reverso, I can't think of a single example that ensconces a matching shaped movement. There's at least one historical example from Invicta, but that was very long ago.
