. . . Nilo!
"Hi Art,
Here are the results for Wrist Scan on a tough week to judge, as everyone had to really judge their own collections to come up with their entries, well done to all and the honors go to:
3rd place to jporos . . .
. . . for great composition, with a watch that would be an excellent solo companion.
2nd place to HS . . .
. . . for his GP. A watch that covers the bases with flair and so much going on, picture composition is other-worldly and very cool!
1st place to Nilo for his Omega Seamaster . . .
. . . on an effortless wrist. A watch you can depend on, clean and smooth composition. In a word, Spectacular.
There were many outstanding entries this week and I am honored to be a judge of such a great group.
Best to you all,
Tim"
Thanks much, Tim. Nilo's wrist shots have long held a certain quality, and you nailed the description with 'effortless'. Kinda like Fred Astaire on the dance floor, no?
Btw, folks, there were a few submissions this week posted in the wrong thread, and Harry's Panerai was logged in after the decisions had been received. I conveyed a message to the judges regarding the misplaced entries, so hopefully they were reviewed before being passed over.
Hope to see you all next week; the inimitable Mike T will be your host.
Cordially,
Art
