I would love to know what model David uses. Those are hard to find. I wonder- if using a jig borer, why use endmills and drills- every hole cut with multiple tooth cutters theoretically has some runout- or at least, wouldn't be as geometrically round as a... 

The model I have is refered to on the user manual as "Precision Jig Borer" I see no model number. I have added a photo of the Leitz, I have added Heidenhain digital readout scales to the X & Y slides. A very nice feature is that it takes 8mm collets. ...
