great post, ill have to admit i stopped reading and become mesmerized by the pictures... the pushers seem to be a different metal on your piece, are they different or just the pictures showing up odd on my laptop?
that dial layout is superb, i was gawking a 5070 today and then started gawking the Vach chrono in the catalog i received today... they both have the same great balance on the dial..
ill get to reading the other half now.... pics were overwhelming.

and the photographs are spectacular. I just have a small correction: the platinum watch with the black dial was made in 25 examples for the Japanese market. One of them did belong to a collector based in Taiwan, which may be where the confusion comes in. ...

Another great find, 4 years ago... Indeed, the Salmon dial adds some Exclusivity, some Elegance and refunement to these 2 watches. But, IMO, the VC is a bit above, even more exclusive, and a bit more elegant. best! Nicolas

Pulsometer dial versus telemetric dial
I do notice a version of VC chronograph bearing a pulsometer dial instead of the telemetric dial. Any data on how many Les Historiques" made with pulsometer dial? Larry
