Would be highly unusual for one reference to be both Chronometre Royal and non-CR during its production. I cannot recall a similar situation and don't have a record of the 6105 being a Chronometre Royal but, as we've often learned, anything is possible wi...

The VC catalog shows that 6105 is a center second model, but the 6105 auctioned by Antiquorum is a small second model. I happen to have an exactly same model as the Antiquorum one; the VC archive record of my piece indicates it is a 6071.
