One question to ask yourself
You should be able to choose once you've asked your self whether you want the watch for its functionality (complication) or aesthetics (assuming good wrist fit is already established). If you specifically want a chronograph function or a GMT, that decides the matter.
Otherwise, if you are neutral concerning function, ask yourself which is more handsome and better balanced to your eye. I always advise folks who are choosing watches to opt for the one that LOOKS better to them, because that is the first criterion for being satisfied with your purchase. Ultimately, we can rationalize value, technical prowess, and finishing, but we need to feel good about the appearance of a watch in order to guard against second thoughts.
Best,
Tim
