A few examples...
Robert Cart watches (pre-DIXI) are hard to find but here are a few examples that are more decorated. One is a Type II with delicious enamel Zodiac decorations on the bassine-style bezel. The other is a Cart Breguet with untypical enamel decoration to the guilloche'd center disk.

This last one is a V&C similar to Cart's Jump QP, except I believe its "only" an annual calendar, and without moon phases.

1827 V&C Jump Hours
Indeed Bill, the Jump Hours complication has been around awhile. The early V&C's had a very Breguet look, like this 1827 model. Breguet was, in fact, a supplier to Vacheron & Constantin in these earlier times....

Swiss Patent/Brevet Numbers for R. Cart
