New dial variant traditionelle small seconds

 By: TeutonicCarFan : November 23rd, 2023-14:38
Noticed this on their website last week. A quick search revealed it was a recently released variant that was available for 1 month first in China (I assume after that available for ROW). I do really like the green dial, I'd say with RG case and green stra...

+1

There is some charm!

I would like to see this one in person

Definitely appealing to me.

Agreed

I saw some pictures on monochrome, much more subdued

Yup maybe grey even?

I agree

It’s overkill

Looks like there are some pt grey dial versions available on chrono24

Maybe Christmas will come early this year?

I hope!

I have seen these. I have been sort of waiting for a new release in plt as I prefer from the boutique. As someone who hasn't bought through these sites, especially as I am US and I see the few are from out of country... if there is any issue with safety (...

I’m not advertising or advocating one way or another, but for your awareness there is protection in place. At least on Chrono24, they hold your payment in proxy until you receive the watch you ordered…

and there is a 7 day period during which you have the watch before you have to release the payment from proxy (unless you have an issue with the piece you received). I would think sellers would be more worried.

Interesting

I will need to dig deeper. For example a watch from China or HK would likely take weeks for shipping, idk if now leather straps are an issue? But good to hear that it's possible, it opens up possibilities!

Please note, the experience I’ve had with Chrono24 was only with US purchases since I have the same concerns like you, unless from an established retailer.

Even when I’ve posted something to sell on Chrono, I specified CONUS (continental US) only, because even when selling I worried about overseas logistics as well as accurate delivery. I have successfully ordered from Asia, but it was a well known retailer....

Understandable

I bought a Rolex through Chrono24 . Went fine. Only gripe is that the cc card company processed the transaction as a a foreign transaction and charged a foreign transaction fee even though the watch I bought was in the US and the transaction settled in US...

Hmm that's odd

 By: TeutonicCarFan : November 23rd, 2023-19:25
Maybe the company that sold it was foreign? Unsure. I would be comfortable US to US. One Boston Co had one for a short time. The longer it takes the less likely for LNIB

Lovely

Will be interesting to see how it looks on a black strap, side by side compared to the green strap

Have them throw in a few !

Can’t wait to see the green dial !

Still waiting to view the Traditionnelle in green dial at boutique. welcome feedback from anyone who has the priviledge to view this piece in person. Too dressy the watch?

One is available

There is one in the case at the new boutique in Dallas. At least it was there December 28th. I tried it on. It's really beautiful and is more subtle than the pictures would suggest. Call Eric at the boutique. He is very helpful.

Do you happen to have a picture?

I would deal with Miami boutique where I got one before. At this point I want to see if they release a new white metal variant. Maybe platinum with salmon😉

Definitely seems like a hard one to capture on film. Case appears yg almost here. Will try to see one in person.

I found Tourbillon Traditionelle at my local boutique

Here is pic ref. ...

Wow!

I think that is my favorite tourbillon if I was in the market for one. I wish for the small seconds version they made a white metal 🤷‍♂️ platinum would be best here.

Good news, this is platinum!

Probably my favourite tourbilon as well. The peripheral rotor is cherry on top 👌

Yes I know that one...

They need to make a little brother in the small seconds. What's the MSRP on the tourbillon, 125k?

6m thai baht

 By: markosa : January 21st, 2024-14:24
I think its 169k with current fx. This is tax included so excluding is around 150k

Great dial

I’d pair it with a brown strap though. I think it competes too much with the watch. What dis you think when you saw it live?
