When I changed The Freak strap, it came right off.

I used my AP tool kit, the simple sprinbar removal tool.  As I depress one side of the pin in, removing it from the watch case pin recess, I then pried the strap down and away.  Meaning I sort of pulled / bent it away from where the curved part of the top side of the strap touches the case.  Should pop loose.  Obvious comment, but just be certain you have depressed the spring bar far enough to clear its attachment to the case, and then nothing else is holding it on.

I am trying to avoid a trip to the AD is possible! The only strap that I have ever had to get an AD to change was for Breguet. In my photos, I can see the shoulder in the last one. But can’t really see it in the first two. Can you? Cheers, Chi Kai
